4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact us at support@narinoir.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
